As the numbers of drunken driving cases are on the rise there have been a lot of improvements in the legal system for proper representations of the accused in court.

The attorney who represents such cases on court is known as a DUI attorney. The acronym DUI stands for Diving under the influence of alcohol. The Massachusetts DUI attorney is well versed in all criminal proceedings and should be capable of questioning the various individuals like police officers, technicians and eye witnesses who were present at the time of the incident.

The ignition interlock device is that which acts like a breath analyzer and prevent a drunken person from driving his/her vehicle. The device has an inbuilt memory that is programmed for the normal alcohol limit permissible for driving. When the person gets into the vehicle the device asks for a breath sample and compares it with the programmed data. If the limit is exceeded the device doesn?t allow the driver to start the ignition.

Thus the Ignition interlock device prevents drunken driving.

The hardship license is a card issued in the United States to minors between the ages of 14 ? 15 years. The person who holds this license has to follow the rules and regulations while using the license.
