Getting the Right Software

My company has just been talking about buying some new recruitment software and I think that it is a really good idea. I have been reading about the different types and heavily hinting about which of the staffing software programs I think will be the best and I hope that they have taken the hint and decided to go with the one that I think is good. There are a lot of these programs around they vary a lot. We have certain features that we need in an applicant tracking software package and only certain ones contain those features. This means that if they decide to buy certain ones then they will be completely useless for us. I suppose the only thing to do is to wait and see which one they get and then they will just have to send it back or get it adapted if it is not right. Hopefully they will talk to enough people before they buy it, to make sure that they get a suitable one. I will make sure that I do a bit more than hint perhaps and put together something in writing to explain why I think that it is a good idea for them to be careful as to which software they buy and why it might be worth them buying a more expensive package to make sure that it incorporates all of the necessary features.
